What is the issue you’re encountering
We cannot seem to access our website anymore. The Freelance IT person who handled our website has unfortunately passed away in the month of March. Therefore, we suspect that the renewal for the hosting sevices wasn’t completed b anyone and therefore the website is inactive currently. We would like to transfer the ownership of this website to JP Worldwide, LLC as we are the rightful owner of this website nad we can make the payment for renewal since Mr. Dhaval Mehta didn’t do it. Thank you.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
We have reached out to Cloudflare Support / Billing Team. We did get a response but they transferred our case over to Trust and Safety Team but we have not heard back from them yet. We would like to get our website operating again. Please kindly do the needful. Thank you.
