The event panel does not work and the customized rules are not applied since January 14-15

When you tested your domain, what were the results?
The configuration doesn’t work,

Describe the issue you are having:
It does not show HTTP events in the “Events” panel under “Security”, it also does not apply custom rules, one of the rules is to allow “AS 31627” to skip the “Browser Integrity Check”, basically it allows Redsys payments.
However, when I disable Cloudflare from the domain, keeping the DNS resolutions, it does receive the request from Redsys.

What error message or number are you receiving?
Orders do not receive the payment confirmation message, so they are not marked as “Paid” in Woocommerce.

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?

Have you tried from another browser and/or incognito mode?
Not only this domain fails me, but all the domains assigned to Cloudflare.
