I deleted the domain from Cloudflare and added it back, then I noticed it is resonated after 3 minutes but later on there was something forced another IP not configured in Cloudflare. I am using Contabo VPS.

check the IP the override the configured IP in cloudflare:

The IP address is correct, as it’s the proxy one. But you have encryption disabled on Cloudflare and need to make sure your encryption mode is Full Strict.

Do I Install the certificate on the server or there is an option on Cloudflare?

Yes, the certificate always needs to go on the server. Cloudflare only provides Origin certificates but they still go on the server, just like any other certificate.
