What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

  1. Connect to VPS
  2. Configure 3x-ui
  3. Apply for a domain name
  4. Resolve the domain name to the website and apply for an SSL certificate
  5. Establish a V2ray node
    Finally, after three days of this process, I found that I could not ping my domain name on V2ray, so I could not access my domain on the Chinese network.

It may be an issue with your ISP and they might be blocking your IP address. I am afraid however you need to clarify this with your ISP.

When I use some proxies in v2ray that are not established with this domain name, I can access my domain name correctly, but it is inaccessible when I close v2ray.

Does DNS resolution work? If it does, it’s not a Cloudflare issue but you need to contact your administrator. If it does not work, you may want to switch resolver as your ISP might be blocking your domain name.

Apart from DNS resolution (which works) Cloudflare is not involved here.
