Hello,
I recently wanted to turn on Cloudflare on my page. I registreded and recived the nameservers, after that i wanted to update the DNS server on marcaria .com where i purchased the domain.
Then it’s when I received an error stating the fallowing:
"Your new DNS server information was NOT saved.
The domain authority for this extension requires verification that the domain (zone) is setup correctly at all name servers. At least one of the specified servers is not responding correctly; please contact your host provider so they fix this, then try the update again.
Primary Server - marge.ns.Cloudflare.com is not found in NS records for domain
Secondary Server - nash.ns.Cloudflare.com is not found in NS records for domain".
I contacted their support and asked about it, they where unable to resolve it and responded with the fallowing:
"German domains and their associated servers must meet certain requirements established by the German authorities. Please contact your hosting provider to configure the domain to meet the German requirements.
You can check your DNS against the .DE
Please note that each domain must be configured on the servers, therefore other domains may work on these servers while this particular domain does not."
Then I contacted my server support at knownsrv .com.
They also where unable to resolve the issue and responded with:
“We have tried all the workarounds from our end. Please could you contact Cloudflare support with this error message and ask them to advise regarding this error.”
So here am looking for a solution hoping that the community could give me some guidance on how to resolve it.
