The dns is not configuring. site is still in pendin after one week

the dns is not updating and the domian is still pending

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

changed nameservers to recommended Cloudflare. deleted all other dns records
domain is new and never been activated
domin registered to Cloudflare

Cloudflare is your registrar so there’s nowhere for you to do that.

There are 2 sets of nameservers resolving for your domain so likely you have added your domain to another Cloudflare account. You need to log in to the account where the domain registration is held.

If not, you are in the wrong account.

Ok the domain is assigned to two accounts, in the main account the name servers are the old ones.
do i need to remove one of the accounts?

there is nowhere to update the dns in the owners account

If you are logged into the account where the domain is registered, it should have the correct nameservers which are anna and adam and the bar at the top of the page should show “Active”.

yes it does that is my partners account.
i changed the namservers in my account how do remove them

it will not let me changed them it say they cannot by overwritten

You can’t change the nameservers. You need to use the domain in the account where it is registered, or transfer it to the other account as with these instructions…

is there any way to remove my account
it does not show any domains i can transfer from my account

I don’t want take over the domain i’m just setting it up for my partner
he is the responsible party

You need to log in to the acocunt where the domain is registered. Your partner can add you to their account if they prefer.

I removed my self from his account it says active now.
i updated the email through Gmail workspace
It Appears the domain is active
Gmail still isn’t working
