Welcome to the Cloudflare Community.
Can you explain more clearly what you are asking for help with?
Is your domain active on Cloudflare and just losing records that you didn’t add in your Ezoic dashboard?
Are you having trouble activating your domain on Cloudflare?
Or is it something else altogether?
Can you share your domain name so we can examine the situation ourselves?
Hello Epic Network,
The validation of the DNS’s is always pending for the domain jrconcept.pt, and for this reason, at some point the records are lost because the DNS’s are not validated.
Therefore, when I analyze the DNS’s of the domain, the correct Cloudflare nameservers appear.
Thank you fpr the clarification.
If the domain is always in pending status in Cloudflare, you have not correctly set the nameservers at your domain registrar. It is imperative that the only nameservers assigend at the registrar are the two nameservers shown in your Cloudflare account for that domain. No other nameservers shouldnbe present at the registrar.
NOTE: They may not be the same names that are assigned to other domains in your Cloudflare account.
If you share your domain name, someone from the Community will check the nameservers assigned at your registrar.
The nameservers assigned in registrar are the same assigned from Cloudflare. My doubt is this precisely.
Isn’t it possibly an old Cloudflare account for the same domain that could be causing this conflict?
The whois record for your domain disputes that claim. You have four nameservers where only two are permitted.
Domain: jrconcept.pt

Expiration Date: 04/04/2024 23:59:51

Name Server: art.ns.cloudflare.com | IPv4: and IPv6:
Name Server: dawn.ns.cloudflare.com | IPv4: and IPv6:
Name Server: olivia.ns.cloudflare.com | IPv4: and IPv6:
Name Server: sullivan.ns.cloudflare.com | IPv4: and IPv6:
You must remove the two that are not in your account before the domain can become active on Cloudflare.
Enlightened. Thank you very much for your support.
