Canva cannot publish my website on my domain.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I tried to stop all proxy but it did not work.

It sounds like your hosting provider is requiring that they see their own IP addresses in the DNS system.

In that case, you must change the Proxy status for the relevant DNS record(s) to Unproxied (:grey:) / DNS-only.

Thanks for your reply. It is funny that the website worked 3 days ago but it dead yesterday with Proxy status. I have tried the unproxied and it works again. I don’t know how long time my website keep working afterwards.
