The default DDoS rules are blocking my legitimate requests

What is the name of the domain?

openages.com

What is the issue you’re encountering

The default DDoS rules are blocking my legitimate proxy requests. I am unable to delete/cancel/override the default DDoS rules. Even though I have set up custom rules, the DDoS rules have a higher priority than the custom rules, which means the requests are still being blocked.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have set up custom rules, the DDoS rules have a higher priority than the custom rules.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Is there any way to disable the default DDoS service?

In fact, my domain doesn’t have much traffic. It is only used as a personal website CDN, and the users are just myself.

I noticed that when traffic from China Unicom accesses the domain, all traffic gets blocked by DDoS protection.

This shouldn’t happen. At the very least, there should be an option to terminate DDoS protection.

I am very eager to receive your reply and a solution. This is very important to me (the service is currently unavailable).
