The data center is too far from my location

Hello!
I added site to Cloudflare CDN.
I open my site from Ukraine, but the site opens from a data center in Canada, although there is a data center in Kyiv. Why is this happening?

If there aren’t some network issues or re-routing “over-the-air”, I believe it could be due to the ISP peerings or something similar.
