The Cloudflare setting of Initial Connection and SSL Handshake

I’ve been playing with many cache and minification plugins of WordPress by keeping Cloudflare enabled alongside.

The question is, While playing and finding perfect changes and setting with cache plugins and Cloudflare, I changed some settings which I’ve forgotten in Cloudflare in SSL/TLS Section or in Speed Optimization setting.

The Timing of Initial Connection and SSL Handshake alongside DNS Lookup adds up around 1 second in my website load time.

I used to have a perfect setting of Cloudflare and WordPress plugins W3 Total Cache and Autoptimize. Where my website didn’t spend time for initial connection, SSL Handshake and DNS LOOKUP.

CAN ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO PRECISELY SET CLOUDFLARE SETTING SO WEBSITE DOESN’T SPEND TIME FOR INITIAL CONNECTION, SSL HANDSHAKE AND DNS LOOKUP?
