In Cloudflare, the SSL/TLS encryption mode is set to Full.

Origin Website uses LetsEncrypt. SSLShopper check that it is correctly listed in the certificate.

You simply unpause Cloudflare on the Overview screen. Bottom right.

And change your encryption mode to Full Strict, as you currently have encryption disabled.
