The cache isn’t clearing . how can the php file be cached . and the website isn’t getting the lates information . The wordpress backend is also getiing affected . creating a new page and changing the title can’t be done. I have used purge cache more than twice but its not working .

By default, .php is not cached by our edge servers, unless you create a page rule or cache rule to force it to do so. Default cached file extensions
Having said this, I don’t have much information to go on, but generally speaking I would advise you to disable any cache rules you might have and/or page rules with cache settings, then install Cloudflare plugin for WordPress and apply the default settings.
