I dont think Cloudflare is accurate here. It returns twice the bandwidth that my connection should come with.

Oops i did it again:
The 52.3 is taken from the 100kb chunks: (75th percentile)
while the 1 MB and 100 MB tests seem to be more accurate compared to the rusults from Deutsche Telekom and Vodafone:
I don’t know if speedmeter.de also uses chunks or just one large file.
The upload results are ok.
In my case they neither are.
The bandwidth shown my Cloudflare is quite off and I dont believe my provider suddenly turned generous.
In my case, I have 1000/100 at home and Cloudflare peaked at 290Mbps.
Here in Serbia, we are often rerouted away from BEG (Belgrade PoP), but now my PoP was FRA (>1200km) skipping closer ones.
I’ve done a speedtest to FRA and got 918Mbps. (speedtest link)
