Like the title of my post says… Can I run my dev site through Cloudflare so I can tune the settings and check speeds without being indexed by google or any other engine?
There wont be any difference compared to running your site without Cloudflare. If you can keep it off search engines in that way, you can do so when on Cloudflare as well.
