We are developing a new site which is currently on a development server. The current URL of the home page is https://websitedemo.website/thechronoduo/ Can I add the development site to Cloudflare to test?

You would have to add the entire websitedemo.website domain, you can’t just add a URL. You can adjust settings for specific paths with Page Rules but the entire hostname would need to be proxied.
