Hello, I just spent around 200 dollars buying a hosting plan and opening three domains, i was trying to change my email around and hostinger banned my ip, I am the owner, this kind of mistakes should not be happening, please unban my IP, i am the Owner. the email is currently listed as [email protected] which i also own. and i will relay this message using that email as well. Please unban my IP and make this IP immune to bans Cloudflare Ray ID: 92511e29cf48440d

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

i emailed hostinger which told me to talk to Cloudflare assistance, and Cloudflare assistance have been extremely unhelpful. I was trying to reset my email from one accoutn to another on hostinger, and my ip got banned and now i dont have access to my website(s)

This doesn’t make sense.

And then:

If Hostinger banned your IP, why are you expecting Cloudflare to unban it?

It’s like Hostinger locked you out of their house, then told you to go ask someone else to let you in.

If that’s what happened, there’s no logical reason for their behavior.

Because the system in which it was banned was under cloud care

To put it another way:

Hostinger put a padlock on the door to keep you out, then told you to go ask the Master Padlock company to let you in.

Hostinger uses a Cloudflare setting to block access. You need to ask Hostinger to fix that. Cloudflare is never going to unban you from a customer’s site after the customer has banned you. That’d be gross negligence.
