Template Redirect Rule not executing

What is the issue you’re encountering

When I use the default/template Page Redirect Rule to redirect traffic from WWW to root domain, nothing executes in browser.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Used default/template Page Redirect Rule, and it is enabled.
All DNS records are Proxied (orange cloud icon).
I do NOT have a A/CNAME DNS record for www, just root.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Browse to https://www.franklin-mortgage dot com. Browser SHOULD redirect to root (no www), but does not.

That’s your problem, it must resolve and resolve to Cloudflare for redirecting. Use a proxied AAAA record pointing to 100:: as you are just redirecting.

Thanks for much for the reply! I added that proxied AAAA record, but still no luck. Is the content/IP address the literal string you wrote 100:: or is that a stand in for my root IP?

Whoops- disregard previous reply; I just needed to wait a bit for the DNS records to propagate around a bit I guess. Thanks twice!
