Hi when we install the Tawk. To app on cloudflare will this cache the conversations?
Are we able to use APO (automatic platform optimization) ?
Does anyone know if this app slows down your website? Let’s say you have 1000 people using the chat feature do the requests go through my server or via Cloudfare edge or via Tawk. To servers ? Will my site crash with let’s say 1000 using the chat feature at same time?
Hi @servicamed, I’ve only seen tawk mentioned a couple of times around here so there may not be a lot of folks familiar with it and not sure what details a search would find. You could also reach out to the support group for the app and see if they can give some details. If so, let us know!

APO won’t cache chat conversations, it should work fine with tawk.
