What is the issue you’re encountering

Good morning, In Poland we have a problem with connection to website what is protected by your Cloudflare by t-mobile network. All CMS solution like Shoper, Wordpress etc have big timeout and ping. This problem existing only in the t-mobile network, Orange or local ISP don’t have this problems.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
