Hi Cloudflare Support Team. I’m reaching out because I’m experiencing a serious issue with my account. I recently paid for a 1-year Pro Plan for my domain catchrich.kr, but I just noticed that my plan has unexpectedly reverted to the Free Plan. I did not receive any refund or notification, and everything was working fine until I discovered this downgrade. The charge for the 1-year Pro Plan is clearly shown on my Cloudflare invoice, and the payment has already been successfully processed. I’ve already submitted a support ticket, but I’ve only been getting automated AI replies without any real resolution to the problem. It seems like this could be a system error, as nothing on my end has changed. Please quickly restore the Pro Plan for my domain(catchrich.kr), as soon as possible

This issue occurred on its own without any specific actions on my part. I simply noticed that my Pro Plan had reverted to the Free Plan, even though I paid for a 1-year subscription.
