Syntax Error

Hello, I started using Cloudflare yesterday, the installation process on your site went without problems, however my host said that there was an error with Apache at startup and had to disable Cloudflare so that Apache could start. He said to report this error to you:

httpd: Syntax error on line 193 of /etc/apache2/conf/httpd.conf: Syntax error on line 1 of /etc/apache2/conf.d/Cloudflare.conf: Cannot load /usr/lib64/apache2/modules/mod_Cloudflare.so into server: /usr/lib64/apache2/modules/mod_Cloudflare.so: undefined symbol: ap_log_rerror

Hope you can help us solve this!

Hello, I’m still stuck with this problem. Could someone please give me a hand?

Thank you!

BUMP… Anyone?

That doesn’t make sense. It’s an Apache module that can run regardless of you using Cloudflare or not.

Who set up your server? It’s probably just a matter or reinstalling that module.

Hello Sdayman, thanks a lot for your reply. That was all my host needed to dig where the problem was and they solved it. I’m posting their answer in case someone else faces the same problem:

“Thank you for your patience as we addressed this requested installation.
mod_Cloudflare has been installed successfully. To install it, the RPM ea-apache24-devel needed to be installed which allowed us to then compile mod_Cloudflare on the server.”
