I encountered a problem when I switched my nameserver from Squarespace to Cloudflare.
The issue is that I cannot access the DSM service at all, even with an Admin ID. However, I can still access it via the local IP.
The reason I moved to Cloudflare was to use the Cloudflare DDNS container service to automatically update my IP.
Here’s what I did:
1.Changed the nameserver in Squarespace to Cloudflare.
2.Set up DNSSEC.
3.Set up the Cloudflare DDNS container.
After these steps, I can no longer access the DSM service through my DNS.
If anyone has faced the same issue or has any solutions, please advise.
