Sync error on M2E Magento Extension

Hello everybody,

I have a Magento 2.4.2 behind the Cloudflare. We are using an extension to sync Amazon and eBay stores with Magento called M2E. From the first day we started using the Cloudflare we are facing sync issues.

The same happens with the sync of another extension for Odoo sync. What should be the solution ?
We are using a paid program on Cloudflare.
Any ideas ?
