Switching from a month to an annual plan

Hi! I wanted to pay for a pro plan for a year, but on January 30 they issued an invoice for $ 24, I had to pay it. Later I paid for one year at once. Where did one month go?

When you upgrade, the system generates a credit within your account for the unused time on your previous plan. You can review account credits in your dashboard in the billing section of your account.
