Switched to new domain name and now hosting company is saying I'm over my bandwidth

Hi There! Ever since I changed domain names, I keep getting a notification from my hosting company that I’m over my bandwidth. Cloudflare helped me with this last time… can you help me with what to do?

I changed the name servers in Fast Comet (my hosting company) but am wondering if there’s another step?
