Switched to annual too early?

Hello Cloudflare

I have today - after paying for the coming month - changed my subscription to “Annual”. I expected that it would then be effective from the next invoice.

But I have received a receipt saying that you have now deducted $ 240.

So I’m thinking that I’ve paid for the coming month twice. And even though I’m happy for you, I don’t want to pay for the same month twice.

Can anyone help me clarify this?
