Switched Hosting Providers, Can't Change DNS on CloudFlare?

Alright so I chose to host my site through NameCheap, it worked great for what I needed. I saw that Hostinger was a little cheaper so I bought a new domain and decided to host it through Hostinger. Well Hostinger was god-■■■■■■■-awful. Everything was buggy, my card was charged twice, getting ANY customer-service is a nightmare so I cancelled my account and requested a refund. I switched back to hosting through NameCheap. Now, when I visit dash.cloudflare.com and click DNS I’m getting this.

Partner hosted zone

Your DNS zone file is hosted by Hostinger , a Cloudflare partner. Manage your DNS records at their website.

I already removed CloudFlare from Hostinger and canceled hosting through them, what can I do? I know that I can add custom DNS to NameCheap but I’m not seeing any customer servers on the DNS page because of the above error. What do I do?

I can’t figure out how to edit on here.

Anyway, I deleted the site and re-added it and it’s working now.
