Have you cross-checked if you’ve enabled and subscribed for the APO for Cloudflare feature? Have you tried disabling it and to cancel it?
May I ask if there are any outstanding or unpaid balance on your CF Account or even active and enabled service?
May I ask if you’ve followed the instructions to disable and cancel your subscription for APO as from below article?

Yes we are using free plan.
And we have multiples sites inside our cloudflare, IDK if that cross-checked is inside one of those sites.
Is there any place to see the description of that charge?
I have to say that is weird to see a 5 dls invoice with the detail “Cloudflare Free Plan Automatic Platform Optimization”
No unpaid balance, that cost is chaged monthly

I think that you are correct, maybe APO is enable in one of the domains.
but, Is there any easy way to detect if APO is enable in any of those?
I just scraped all the domains, APO is not enable in any of them!
Weird right? Can I contact Cloudflare support team and ask for this charge directly ?
