What is the issue you’re encountering
A disgruntled customer that was refunded seems to have maliciously raised a phishing report against, specifically, the shopping cart page of the website. We have requested review, and raised support cases with no interaction by a human. We have SSL Certs as well as the Authorize.Net seal of approval because of our security measures.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
We’ve requested review. Once we saw what was happening we requested review on the phishing flag. We’ve opened a ticket and interacted with the ticket multiple times. We’ve tried calling an 888 number that didn’t yield much.
