Supporting RFC 3007

I’m currently hosting my domain with Cloudflare Registrar, and I’d like to know if it implements support for RFC 3007.

This is used for programmatically changing DNS records, which allows a variety of useful configurations such as the ability to configure Wide-Area Bonjour.

If it doesn’t implement support, I’d like to know if it is feasible to use some form of bridge with a Worker to convert RFC 3007 updates to native Cloudflare API calls.

If you are using Cloudflare DNS as a secondary DNS source it supports tsig updates. That requires configuration of the zone as secondary DNS on an Enterprise plan.

Could one update DNS records via a worker generally? Yes. But you would need to call it from somewhere else at which point you might as well call the API for updating DNS directly.
