I have tried for 4 months to get someone in support. Today I turned them into ICANN.

Erikjon.xyz is not a registered domain name. The domain name in the screenshot returns the following… which seems like it is parked. You would need to point it somewhere.

You need to create DNS records based on wherever you are hosting your website.
