Raise a ticket
I have tried to raise a support ticket with Cloudflare on December 11th 2024, it has been well over a month and I have had no reply. Is this an issue other customers face?
I have sent updates to attempt to prompt a reply on several occasions and tried to raise the priority level.
We paid to upgrade to the pro plan, but we cannot assign it to our domain. So we have paid for something and have not received the service. This is no becoming extremely frustrating that no one is getting back to us that we are considering looking at a refund and taking further action.
