Three tickets on the same issue actually slows down Support. It’s sure odd that you opened a ticket for the same exact problem (and domain) that another user posted about in this forum. The fact that the original poster did not reply to my suggestions, and you have yet to add more information to go on makes it difficult for anyone to help you. On top of all that, double-posting on the same issue (as two people?) really isn’t helping.
