Support response time for paid features


We added the load balancer feature to our account a few days ago, and on Monday it stopped working. Tuesday AM I entered a support request after it didn’t come up, and added further data over the last few days, but have yet to hear back.

We are on a “free” account buy are paying for the load balancer feature. Is a 3-day (and counting) response time expected for something like this?
