Support request: still no response after 14 days?


I’ve put in a support request for an issue we’re having with a client’s Image Resizing billing (paid Pro account, multiple paid services), and despite updating the ticket multiple times since with additional information, I’ve still had no response at all, after 14 days.

This issue is actively costing our client money while still unresolved.

The ticket number is 2697041; is there anything else I can do to get this looked at in a timely fashion please?
