Support on CNAME Cross-User Banned

Getting CNAME Cross-User Banned" error when creating a CNAME record.
I upgraded the free tier to the paid version and created a ticket.
The response was quick, within an hour, with some details to fix the issue.

I have been asked to send an email from the official email account and confirm the changes.
Since the Cloudflare engineering team has to make the changes, All I have to wait.,

It’s been almost four days; there has been no response from the support team?
Is there any alternative solution to point the sub-domain to the URL [both are on Cloudflare].?
