Tried all and not workaround or solution, only thing is to disable Cloudflare.

May I ask what steps for troubleshooting 522 error have you tried already?
If you temporary Pause Cloudflare, does your Website respond and work fine over the HTTPS?
- Use the “Pause Cloudflare on Site” option from the Overview tab for your domain at dash.cloudflare.com .
- The link is in the lower right corner of that page.
