For ages now we are trying to contact support to proceed with a CNAME setup but everytime we click the lsign in link:
enter login details logs us into:
click support top right nav
Sign in link at the top.
Its impossible to login to create a ticket. This has been tried on multiple machines and outside of our office.
Can someone please advise how we contact CF, we are paying a lot of money for this business account and we’re worried now if CF can’t maange a support website how secure will our websites really be.
