Support is *STILL* Ignoring My Ticket!

This is getting ridiculous. I opened a ticket on 12/4/2024, 01299643 about a domain lock and received instructions for verifying the domain, which I did, and then support just disappeared, despite several attempts at contacting them to confirm status, etc. Finally, on 1/6/2025, I submitted a topic here in the Community Support (“Support is Ignoring My Tickets!”), which spurred “action” in the sense that someone responded and said that support would respond soon, which they did, but just with a generic response that they are still waiting and no resolution. They then disappeared (again), despite my multiple attempts to solicit a status update. My project is now two months behind schedule and my project managers are pressuring me to ditch Cloudflare altogether, which if this simple support request cannot be resolved, is really my only option. Very, very disappointed.
