Hello. Any mods here? We opened a support ticket a week ago and aside from the initial, auto-generated response, we haven’t been able to get a reply since. It’s for a pretty big issue.
We’ve been considering upgrading to the Pro version, for a few reasons, but if this is how support typically goes…we’ll have to look at other options.
Well, a week seems way too long! It’s slower on the free plan, but strange to be more than a week.
Two suggestions: post here the ticket number so that @cloonan can take a look and maybe reply back to the auto response, maybe for some reason it’s waiting for that.
