To me, “hopefully” does NOT equal a guarantee that it will happen, but is only signalling a hope that it will MAYBE happen, but also MABE NOT.
In other words, with chances that it could go in both directions.

, and others), if you compare it to the non-ccTLD’s such as e.g. “.com
” and “.org
” domains.
Different ccTLD’s do have different requirements, and some are apparently very easy, where others (e.g. .au
) unfortunately appears very complicated, if you’re looking to get the registrar accreditation.
