Support Billing Email being Rejected

Hi I need to contact support, but the ticket system keeps closing out my tickets saying the email address on file is not valid. Yet I’ve updated and verified the email address. How long does it take for the system to sync?

@confectionmv I noticed your tickets with Support. Multiple tickets simply slow down the system and result in delays for everyone.

The short answer to your question you asked on the tickets is no, that is not possible.
