SuperAdmin account is unable to see DNS records

Hello. I created a superadmin account with our main email address, for my boss. Then created myself as a user, with my email address. We each have 2FA authentication set up. I imported DNS records from Dyn under my profile. But my boss can’t see them when he logs in as the superadmin. And I can’t see them when I switch to the main profile. How do I make those records visible to the main account? Thank you.

It sounds like you have added the zone to your personal account, rather than the account you made yourself an admin of. You will either need to share your acount with that other user or re-add the zone in the correct account and configure it there.
