FYI, Cloudflare’s Super Bot Fight Mode started to block Bing’s Bots several days ago. I’ve checked some of blocked IPs, which are legit bing bots, before contacting the support, which said that I need to disable the Super Bot Fight Mode if I want them to go through.

Super Bot Fight Mode is a high security feature intended to very quickly help customers under active attack stop as many bots as possible.
Due to the high security threshold, false positives do sometimes happen.
If you encounter any issues with this feature (e.g. false positive), we recommend the following workarounds:
For Free plans, toggle Bot Fight Mode option to Off under Security > Bots
For Pro, Business and Enterprise (no Bot Management add-on) plans: use the Skip action in “Custom Rules” Configure a custom rule with the Skip action · Cloudflare Web Application Firewall (WAF) docs to specify where Super Bot Fight Mode should not run. Use IP Access Rules Create an IP Access rule · Cloudflare Web Application Firewall (WAF) docs to traffic blocked or challenged by BFM. Please note that you can’t bypass or skip BFM/SBFM using Firewall Rules Firewall rules (previous version of custom rules) · Cloudflare Web Application Firewall (WAF) docs or Page Rules Understanding and configuring Cloudflare Page Rules (Page Rules Tutorial) · Cloudflare Support docs.
SBFM can be bypassed with IP access “Allow” action rules. BFM will be disabled if there are any IP access rules present.
