Super-admin left the company

Hi there,

Our CTO left the company a couple of weeks ago. We still have access to our domains but just as Administrators. We enforced 2FA so just changing the password for that account is not enough.

We’re trying to make one of us Super-Admin for changing billing information. We have the mailbox of the previous CTO but his laptop has been wiped already so the recovery system will not work. Is there any help we can get to resolve this situation?

Use his email account to send a request to support AT cloudflare DOT com and post the ticket # here so we can re-open and escalate the ticket.
