Sumup - Subdomain CNAME problem

Hello everyone,

I have a domain on aruba.it where I have my main website, but recently I created a shop on SumUp. I would like this shop to be accessible as a subdomain of Aruba. However, the only instructions I find from SumUp are to modify the CNAME with shops.sumupstore.com, but this doesn’t seem to work.

By doing this, SumUp tells me there are AAAA and CNAME record errors.

The main domain works, but the subdomain doesn’t :frowning:

Could it be because I bought the subdomain from Aruba? They told me it wasn’t necessary, but I didn’t know, now I just want the subdomain to show the SumUp shop, not just redirect to it :frowning:

Thank you.
David

Set these records to “DNS only” instead of “Proxied” in your Cloudflare DNS.

It works!! Thank you so much!
