Guidance on Security Center / Insights usage

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have multiple domains with a critical item present in Security Insights with a date from last year: “Managed Rules not deployed”. I don’t want to archive them because that will likely suppress future warnings. My only other option is to Resolve them, but when I click the provided “Manage in Managed Rules app” link, I’m greeted with a page that quite clearly shows that the rules are already deployed (& they have been for more than a year in most cases).

  1. Should I expect the items to disappear automatically once they’re detected as resolved?
  2. Are they staying around as an audit log?
  3. Is there another way to clear these items that won’t prevent future warnings if the Managed Rules are subsequently disabled?

I have deleted & re-enabled the deployments, and re-scanned, but the items persist.

I have other domains with Managed Rules deployed that do not have this issue.

There appears to be no common pattern in the domain names (.com, .com.au, .hk). They are all Pro domains, but so are others that don’t have this warning.
