Suddenly "MISS" cf-cache-status almost all the time

What is the issue you’re encountering

“MISS” cf-cache-status almost all the time after years of CF cache working

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Hello!
Please some assistance!

  1. Site: https://thisiskida.com and https://dev.thisiskida.com
  2. Our WordPress/WooCommerce website was working fine with CF for years.
  3. We noticed in the last days that the cf-cache-status is “MISS” on almost all pages.

Steps to isolate the problem:

  1. We created a clone ( dev.thisiskida.com ) and disabled almost all functionality. Only 3 plugins remain + a default theme => still the same issue ( although sometimes we do get HIT statuses ).
  2. Completely purged the cache multiple times ( both local server cache and CF cache), restarted PHP process and NGINX service.
  3. Looked for CF logs with specific data about page cache problem - found none.
  4. Created a custom worker to check which parts of the request/response are the problem. It seems that something in the body or headers are to be blamed, but we are not sure what and it would less time consuming to access specific logs or to get instruction how to check it out.
  5. Tried to access the site from different servers over the world, from different browsers, devices and networks.
  6. Disabled some CF options: tiered cache, rocker loader and more. Just in case.
  7. Removed all our old cache rules except the one that defines caching.

Please your advise
