Suddenly get "Invalid nameservers", but domain has been working for 2 years

My domain integraservis1.com is registered with Cloudflare (bought on cloudflare 2 years ago). I now see an “invalid nameservers” alert that says to update the nameservers at my registrar. I am unable to update the nameservers on Cloudflare, since Cloudflare is my registrar. My domain is set to delete in 17 days. I have tried creating a support ticket (https://www.support.cloudflare.com/support/s/case/500Nv00000JrA1k), but did not receive a reply.

It looks like you might be in the wrong Cloudflare account. Please check that you used the right login.

I have already raised a ticket with Cloudflare on the 18th of February 2025 #01394170 but have not received a reply. Its been 7 days since I filed the ticket, my domain is set to be deleted in 17 days which is catastrophic!

Thankyou for your reply, right now I used “sign in with google” to login to cloudflare. I tried to logout, reset my password and login to cloudflare using username/password pair. Unfortunately nothing changed.

To be honest I am not sure what you mean by “another cloudflare account”. I login to cloudflare and this is the only domain I have listed. I believe this is the only account I ever used with cloudflare.

Please also check your email history to see at what address you received Cloudflare emails in the past.

Have you always used the sign in via Google?

Thankyou for the suggestion! You were correct! By using the “forgot email” function I discovered that another email was used to register the domain, after logging in with that email, the “invalid nameservers” error was not there and I was able to renew the domain!

To be honest I still do not understand why was domain shown (as if its my property) when I login with the incorrect email address! Rather baffling!

I can only guess that you typed the domain into the “add a domain” field that you see when you login with a new account.
